Terms & Conditions


All cancellation requests must be made in writing to nicki@casaterrafamilia.com. Cancellation costs, when receiving cancellation confirmation, are: 7 to 10 weeks prior to departure – 30% of the total cost. 4 to 6 weeks prior to departure – 50% of the total cost. 3 to 0 weeks prior to departure – 100% of the total cost. Because we are not responsible for flight schedules, cancellations and delays, we highly recommend taking additional travel and cancellation insurance.


Casa Terra Familia S.L. is not liable for any disruption of the tenants’ holiday by nature’s forces. Casa Terra Familia S.L. cannot be held liable for damage to personal belongings or injuries arisen on the property. In case, due to unforeseen circumstances, Casa Terra Familia S.L. is forced to cancel the booking, an equal accommodation will be offered instead. If this is not possible, Casa Terra Familia SL will refund the amount paid. All accommodations are for holiday purposes only. Professional photography, parties and weddings are not allowed. It is not allowed to accommodate more people than agreed upon in the contract.

Arrival & Departures

The suite can be accessed from 15:00 (3 pm) on the day of arrival. The keys are handed out on the spot. The check-out time is 10:30 (10.30 am) on the day of departure. You are kindly requested to tidy the suite before you leave (ie. no garbage and/or dirty dishes)

Pets Policy

Pets are not allowed.


The consumption of honesty bar, food and other additional services that are not included in the services described in the reservation confirmation, will be billed directly to the guest, and paid in cash at the Check out.
