Casa Terra Familia, a family-run, eco-luxe finca offering 4 beautiful finca suites. Situated in a peaceful oasis in the beautiful campo, yet only 10 minutes from the bustle of Ibiza town, we are perfectly located for you to easily enjoy everything Ibiza has to offer. Each suite sleeps up to 2 adults and 1-2 kids and is equipped with all the necessities for an easy stay.
Breakfast of fresh, seasonal produce is served daily (except Sundays) at the poolside dining area. Available from 9.00am - 11.00am with an additional charge of 15 euro for adults and 10 euro for children.
Home away from home
Designed with a great love for the rural countryside and the authentic Ibicencan style. Our approach is intimate and relaxed, here guests can find a true home away from home. From our beautiful gardens with shady reading corners a plenty, to our swimming pool, sunbathing terrace and football pitch, there is something for all members of the family to enjoy. Common Living Area
You will find our warm and inviting living area in the main finca. Open all day, it is the perfect place to relax, play games or enjoy a nightcap before bed. We do ask, as the room is next door to two of our suites (Búho and Halcón) and we respect all our guests privacy and rest, to not use the common area after 21.00.
Garden. Our on-site fruit orchard, herb and vegetable garden are lovingly harvested for your enjoyment. You are welcome to pick any ripe fruit from the trees, but we do ask that they are treated with care and respect.
Our large swimming pool is open daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and is for the exclusive use of our guests. We don’t have a lifeguard service, so it is important to always keep a close eye on your children. You will find pool towels in your suite. The soccer pitch is a dream with beautiful soft real grass. Play a game of soccer with friends and family or use the shady corners for your morning work out.

Eco Friendly Casa Terra Familia has its home at the almost 500 years old finca Cas Felius (built in 1532). A typical traditional rural house in the middle of farmland where many animals live around the finca's. Our finca is build with thick walls composed of quadrangular moduls and horizontal ceilings, supported by Sabina wooden beams. Already in 1500 the one meter thick walls and small windows insulated the outside temperature to keep the interior cool during summer and warm in winter. Our finca still now uses rainwater collected in the two 60.000 liters cisterna's.
An ecologically conscious place, we are powered entirely by solar by our 40 panels at the flat roof. At night we take electricity from the modern power walls in order to be completely carbon neutral. We combined 500 year old wisdom in building with modern eco-friendly technology. With this in mind, we are as thoughtful with our energy consumption as possible and ask kindly that you do the same. Turning off lights and air conditioning when not in your room and reusing towels where possible. We will of course replace all linen when required and you will find a laundry basket in your suite for your towels.
The finca is situated in the quiet countryside between Puig d'en Valls and San Rafael and only 10 minutes away from Ibiza Town and its boutiques and beaches. Surrounded by palm trees, vegetable gardens, rolling hills and fields with donkeys and horses. When you are ready for some life, head into the capital of Ibiza and get lost in the narrow, picturesque streets filled with shops, restaurants and art galleries. The beautiful village of Santa Gertrudis is only a 10 minute drive away.
We absolutely recommend to rent a car to explore the beautiful island.
